How Much Hive Do You Need?
We package our services according to your needs, whether that’s a few hours of telephone support on your days off, or complete boutique virtual office staffing on a monthly retainer. We’ll create a custom package for you based on your busy times, customer care gaps, budget, and more.
To get started, we’ll walk you through our service tiers, from Mason Bee (scheduling and customer service) to Chatter Bee (live help desk and more).
You can also hire us for Graphic Design (Bumble Bee) only, or choose The Hive Honey Pot (a Bank of Hours) for administrative help.
The Bees are full time employees of The Hive. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM, Eastern. And we are bi-lingual.
